Every profile and message has a "Report" button. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours, and serious violations are addressed immediately. You can also block any member to prevent them from contacting you or viewing your profile. We take the safety and authenticity of our community extremely seriously.

No. Member profiles are completely hidden from search engines. Only logged-in, registered MPWH Canada members can view profiles. This is a core privacy protection and is not optional - it applies to every member by default.

You can delete your account from Account Settings -> Privacy -> Delete My Account. Deletion is permanent and immediate. All of your messages, profile data, and photos are permanently and irrecoverably removed from our systems within 30 days in accordance with our data retention policy and PIPEDA requirements.

Yes. You may cancel your auto-renewing subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, but you will not be charged again after cancellation.

All payments are processed through industry-standard encrypted payment gateways. We never store your full credit card number. Your billing statement will show a discreet descriptor that does not reference MPWH or herpes. Your financial privacy is as important to us as your personal privacy.

No. Notifications are sent under a discreet label. The app icon is a simple leaf design with no text. On your phone bill, any in-app purchases appear under the standard Apple or Google billing descriptor, not under MPWH.
